Before using the electric heated insoles, remember to remove your existing insoles from the footwear. Insert your heated insoles into clean and dry footwear. The heating soles can be used in virtually all shoes and boots and are easy to adapt to your foot and footwear. They are available in four sizes that can be adjusted to fit your foot perfectly.
Cold feet have poorer blood circulation. We therefore strongly recommend preventing your feet from going too cold before you activate your heating soles. Try to avoid sweaty and wet feet as much as possible as the moisture can contribute to cold feet. If your soles get wet, we recommend that you remove them from your footwear, switch off the battery and let the soles dry thoroughly. When they are completely dry, you can turn them on again. When you need to clean the Happyhot heated insoles, it is best done with a damp cloth. Let them dry thoroughly before using them again.
