We register your personal data for the sole purpose of delivering the goods to you. The personal data is registered with Happyhot and stored for five years, after which it is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
This also implies: We send marketing via email to private individuals based on explicit consent (e.g., via subscription to our newsletter). For marketing communications to companies and potential partners, we apply a "legitimate interest" assessment, which you can read more about under the section "Marketing and Business Relations (B2B)" below.
Data Processing and Security
We collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors within the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

Marketing and Business Relations (B2B)
In addition to information collected during a purchase, we also process personal data to establish and maintain business relationships with potential resellers and partners.

Purpose: To provide information about our reseller program, our products, and potential collaborations deemed relevant to the recipient's professional role.

We have assessed that our legitimate interest in marketing our products to relevant companies outweighs the individual's interest in the protection of their personal data, given that the contact occurs in a professional context and that we offer an immediate and free opportunity to object to further communication.

Retention period: We store your information as long as we assess there is a mutual business interest, or until you request to be unsubscribed. If you decline a collaboration, we store your email address on a suppression list to ensure we do not contact you again in the future.
