We deliver to all EU countries from our warehouse in Ejstrupholm, Denmark. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at mail@happyhot.dk and we will do our best to assist you.
SHIPPING RATES
- Denmark & Sweden: Always free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.
- Other EU countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination country. All costs are displayed clearly before payment, with no hidden fees.
DELIVERY TIMES & DEADLINES
- Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM (CET/GMT+1) on business days.
- Handling time: 0-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
- Transit time (EU): 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday).
- Total delivery time: Usually 3-7 business days for international orders.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control such as customs delays.
CARRIERS
We ship all international orders via GLS and PostNord. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your delivery country and will be confirmed in your dispatch notification.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this to monitor your shipment's progress directly on the carrier's website.
PRICING & VAT
All prices on our EU store are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. VAT rates may vary depending on your country of residence within the EU. No additional charges will be added at checkout beyond what is shown.
