DELIVERY & SHIPPING

  • Return Policy: 100-day full return policy.
  • Shipping Partners: All orders are dispatched via GLS or Postnord.
  • Delivery Time (EU): Usually 3-5 business days after the order has been shipped.
  • Outside EU: Lead times may vary and 3-5 days cannot be guaranteed for non-EU countries.
  • Availability: All items are delivered subject to stock availability.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, stock discrepancies, and price changes.

PAYMENT

At Happyhot, you can pay with: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa Electron.

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. VAT rates may vary depending on your country of residence within the EU.
  • Security: Your payment is processed via an encrypted SSL connection. The amount is deducted from your account only when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. We never charge more than the amount you authorised at checkout.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, a new order must be placed on our website.

  1. You will be refunded for the returned item via the original payment method.
  2. Free shipping: We provide free shipping on exchange orders.
  3. Important: Include your original order number on the return note and state that it is an exchange for faster processing.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a minimum 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Happyhot extends this to 100 days as a voluntary customer benefit.

How to return:

  • Notify us within 100 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. Sending an email to mail@happyhot.dk is sufficient.
  • Create your return label and complete the form via our return portal: Return label.
  • Return shipping: For standard returns and withdrawals, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If your order is delivered in multiple stages, the 100-day period begins from the day you receive the final item.

We recommend packing items securely, as you are responsible for the products until we receive them. Always keep your shipping receipt.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

You have the right to inspect and try the product to determine its nature and characteristics, as you would in a physical store. However, the item must not be used in daily life if you wish to receive a full refund. If the item has lost value due to excessive handling beyond what is necessary to assess it, a depreciation fee may be deducted from your refund.

WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 1999/44/EC and applicable national law), you have a minimum 2-year statutory warranty on all products. This means you can have the item repaired, exchanged, or receive a refund or price reduction depending on the specific defect.

  • Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for justified warranty claims on defective items.
  • Conditions: The claim must be justified and the defect must not be the result of incorrect use or mishandling.
  • Deadline: You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Claims made within two months of discovery are always considered timely.

Note: We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

PRIVACY POLICY (GDPR)

To fulfil your order, we require your name, address, phone number and email address. Your data is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

  • Data security: We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Storage: Personal data is stored for five years in accordance with bookkeeping legislation and is thereafter deleted.
  • Your rights: You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting mail@happyhot.dk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
  • All credit card information is encrypted via SSL and is not stored by Happyhot.
