RETURNS

At Happyhot, you have a 100-day return policy. We strive to provide the best possible service, but if the deadline has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Return Fee: If you wish to return an item for a refund, a return shipping fee of €6 / 45 DKK applies. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.

  • Refunds: The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase. Funds are usually available in your account within 5 business days after we have received the returned item.

  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and be undamaged. You are welcome to try the product on (just as you would in a physical store), but it must be returned in mint condition and be unused for a full refund.

  • Depreciation: If the item has been handled more than necessary to establish its function and characteristics, it is considered used. In such cases, only a partial refund or no refund may be issued.

  • Important regarding Packaging: Happyhot’s original product packaging must not be used as the outer shipping container. Please use a separate shipping bag or cardboard box to protect the original box during transit.

EXCHANGES

Would you like to exchange for a different size or model? Our exchange process consists of two simple steps:

  1. Place a New Order: Order the desired item directly on our website.

  2. Send the Return: Return the original item to us. we will refund the amount for your return as soon as we receive it.

  • Free Shipping: We naturally offer free shipping on your new exchange order.

HOW TO RETURN (RETURN LABEL)

To ensure your return is handled quickly and correctly, please follow these steps:

  1. Register your Return: Visit our return portal to download your return label here:

  2. Enter Order Number: Write both your old order number and your new order number (in case of an exchange) on the return note.

  3. Find your Order Number: This can be found in your email order confirmation. If you cannot find it, please write the name and phone number used during the purchase on the return note so we can locate you in our system.

  4. Drop-off: Locate your nearest GLS or PostNord drop-off point.

WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS

When shopping at Happyhot, you have a two-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty period begins from the day you receive the item.

  • Your Rights: Depending on the nature of the defect, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a price reduction.

  • Shipping: We naturally cover the shipping costs for the return of defective items.

  • Conditions: The claim must be justified, and the defect must not have arisen as a result of incorrect use or harmful behavior.

  • Timing: You must submit your claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Claims made within two months are always considered timely.

How to handle a Warranty Claim:

  1. Send an email to us at mail@happyhot.dk.

  2. Provide your order number and describe the fault as detailed as possible.

  3. Attach photos or a short video showing the fault/defect.

  4. We will review your case and send you a pre-paid return label if the item needs to be sent back for repair or replacement.

Important: The warranty does not cover faults caused by incorrect use, normal wear and tear, or external damage. We do not accept packages sent via COD (Cash on Delivery). Always pack the item securely and keep your proof of postage.
