When the body lacks warmth, it is often the feet that are most exposed. This is because the body conserves its resources when it struggles to stay warm. The body regulates temperature by reducing blood flow to our extremities, such as hands, nose, ears, and feet. This means that less heat is sent out to areas like the feet, because from a survival perspective, it is more important to keep the organs warm.
Even though it makes perfect sense that the body prioritises keeping the core warm, it is unfortunate when cold feet ruin great outdoor experiences in winter. Cold feet easily spread to the rest of the body.

It was the big success of these insoles that led us to later develop a wide range of products for the rest of the body. At Happyhot, you can choose between insoles operated by remote control or by app. Both types are easy to use. There are three heat levels to choose from, ensuring you always have just the right warmth in your feet.
The insoles charge in about 4 hours (until the light on the insole turns solid green) and are then ready for use. Our newest insoles can be charged wirelessly, so you do not need to remove them from your footwear. The battery is integrated into the insoles, and you can maintain warmth for up to 10 hours on a single charge with our latest models.
Happyhot heated insoles come in two or four sizes, depending on the model. You can easily adjust the insoles to fit your exact foot size. There are marked lines for different sizes, making them easy to trim. It can be a good idea to cut them using an old pair of your insoles as a guide. Our heated insoles fit almost all footwear. If your shoes have removable insoles, we recommend taking them out. Once the heated insoles are in use, they will shape themselves perfectly to your foot.
