How the heated insoles work
Before using the insoles, they must be charged. After approximately four hours of charging, the LED light on the insoles will turn solid green, indicating that they are fully charged. You can easily turn the insoles on, off, and adjust the heat settings using the on/off button - either directly on the insoles or with the included remote control. If you switch off the insoles using the remote control, they will go into standby mode (shown by flashing light). To switch them off completely, hold the on/off button on the insoles for about three seconds.
The heat settings are shown by colored lights:
- Red: High heat
- Blue: Medium heat
- Green: Low heat
The lower the heat setting, the longer the heating time (green light gives the longest runtime).
To check the battery level, switch off the insoles using the remote control. The LED light will then flash red, blue, or green depending on the battery status.
Before use, we recommend removing any existing insoles from your footwear and inserting the heated insoles into clean and dry footwear. The insoles fit most shoes and boots and can easily be trimmed to fit your foot and your footwear. They come in two sizes, covering EU sizes 35-40 and 41-45. Use the printed guidelines on the insoles when trimming. A useful tip is to use your old insoles as a template. Once worn, the insoles will naturally adapt to your foot.
Good advice and guidance
Read the user manual before using the insoles.
See the user manual here.
Cold feet have poorer circulation, so it is important to avoid letting your feet get too cold before activating the heated insoles. If your toes are already cold, it requires more energy to warm them up, and it may take longer to reach a comfortable temperature. For the best effect, we recommend turning on the insoles before your feet get cold.
Avoid sweaty or wet feet, as moisture can lead to cold. If the insoles become wet, remove them from your shoes, turn off the battery, and allow them to dry thoroughly before using them again. Cleaning is best done with a damp cloth. Always make sure the insoles are completely dry before activating them again.
Size guide
The insoles can be trimmed along the clear-cutting lines on the back of the insole. They can be trimmed within the following measurements:
- Size 35-40: 23.5-26.8 cm
- Size 41-46: 26.8-30.6 cm
If you are unsure which size to choose, measure the insoles in your favorite shoes.
